Inventory Filters

Inventory Filters allow you to customize your view of items in your inventory or charts by applying any number of filters. This guide will show you how to create and apply these filters effectively.

Creating a Filter

  1. Choose the Filter's Scope: Decide if the filter applies to the item itself or to the criteria responses assigned to it.

  2. Select the Property: Choose the property you want to filter by. This could be an attribute of the item or a specific criterion response, depending on what you chose in the previous step.

  3. Choose the Match Type: Select how you want the filter to match the property. Here are your options:

    • Greater than
    • Less than
    • Equal to
    • Not equal to
    • Contains
    • Does not contain
    • Starts with
    • Ends with
  4. Set the Match Value: Enter the value you want the filter to match.

  5. Add More Filters: Repeat the steps above as many times as you want to add additional filters.

Applying Filters

Once you've created your filters, decide how you want them to be applied:

  • Match All: If you choose this option, an item needs to match all filters to be shown in the inventory or chart.

  • Match Any: If you choose this option, an item needs to match at least one filter to be shown in the inventory or chart.

Examples

Here are a couple examples of how you might use these filters:

  • Filter by Item Attribute: If you want to see all items in your inventory that cost more than $50, you would create a filter that applies to the item itself, select 'Price' as the property, choose 'Greater than' as the match type, and enter '50' as the match value.

  • Filter by Criteria Response: If you want to see all items that received a rating of 4 or higher, you would create a filter that applies to the criteria responses, select 'Rating' as the property, choose 'Greater than' as the match type, and enter '4' as the match value.

Remember, you can create and apply as many filters as you want, so feel free to experiment and find what works best for your needs.
